Kayon is a financial services professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of investment banking and insurance, with responsibilities spanning sales, operations, risk management and marketing. She has spent the past 8 years in Insurance with responsibility for Supplemental Benefits and Direct Marketing Programmes. Mrs. Walker-Heslop holds a B. Sc in Psychology and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and an M.B.A General Management from the Mona School of Business, UWI. She has been a member of Bethel Baptist Church since 2017 and currently serves as Assistant Secretary and Business Development Director for Bethel Thrift Cooperative Society (BTC).
