Members have the option to enroll in our group health plan which provides primary health and or major medical coverage for monthly premium payments.
Family Indemnity Plan (by Cuna Caribbean)
The family Indemnity Plan provides life insurance coverage for members under the age of 76 years to assist with funeral expenses for themselves and eligible family members. The plan covers the policy holder and 5 other eligible family members (maximum of two parents or parents-in-law under age 75 years , Spouse and dependent children (under 25 years) who must be named at the time of coverage.
The policyholder can select coverage ranging from
80,000 to $2,000,000.
An optional Critical Illness rider may also be purchased with your Family Indemnity Plan. Members must be under 60 years to enroll.
