Elizabeth has combined professional experience as a Chartered Governance Professional for over 35 years. She is the former Company Secretary and Senior Manager of KPMG Chartered Accountants where she worked for 25 years.

She is an attorney-at-law and has extensive experience in assisting companies to list on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s junior and senior markets, and has acquired a wide range of governance, company secretarial and boardroom experience with public and private companies in Jamaica. She is the immediate Past President of the Jamaica Branch of The Chartered Governance Institute.

Elizabeth is an active member of Bethel Baptist Church.
